Your total cost is made up of two elements: the per-user SaaS subscription and your monthly rewards budget. Optional custom work or bespoke integrations are scoped and approved separately.
You define a monthly rewards budget aligned to your compensation and engagement strategy. That budget is then used for recognition activity within Prixie, with full visibility into how it’s allocated and used.
Yes. Admins can set hard caps, adjust budgets by team or program, and update limits at any time. You always know the maximum exposure for any given month.
This can be configured based on your policy. Common approaches include rolling unused allocations forward, resetting monthly, or reclaiming unspent amounts at the program level for reallocation.
Standard implementation, onboarding, and admin training are included in your subscription. If you require complex or highly bespoke work, we’ll scope that with you upfront.
Standard, pre-built integrations are included where available. If you need a custom or heavily tailored integration, we’ll define the effort and price it as a separate, one-time project.
Pricing scales with active users and the rewards budget you choose. As you add employees, we adjust the subscription and, if needed, revisit your budget so costs remain predictable and intentional.
