Yes. Recognise (recognition and rewards) and Perform (goals, reviews, 1:1s, continuous feedback, Engagement Surveys, and manager-facing dashboards) can each be purchased on their own or together. Core on this page is Recognise-only. Pro bundles Recognise, full Perform, and EngagementOS in one seat. Enterprise is where we tailor which suites and modules you need—including Recognise-only, Perform-only, or any combination with the EngagementOS depth your program requires.

EngagementOS is included in the Pro bundle alongside Recognise and Perform. On Core (Recognise only), EngagementOS is not part of the listed seat—you can add capabilities with sales if needed. Enterprise customers customize how much EngagementOS intelligence, automation, and reporting they roll out relative to Recognise and Perform.
This page shows both monthly and annual per-user rates; annual billing reflects roughly two months included compared to paying month-by-month. Some full-platform or enterprise deals are invoiced annually by default for forecasting and procurement—your order form or contract will state what applies to your company.
Your total cost is the per-user SaaS subscription plus the rewards budget you set for Prixie Recognise (what funds recognition redemptions). Optional custom work or bespoke integrations are scoped and approved separately.
You define a monthly rewards budget aligned to your compensation and engagement strategy. That budget is then used for recognition activity within Prixie, with full visibility into how it’s allocated and used.
Yes. Admins can set hard caps, adjust budgets by team or program, and update limits at any time. You always know the maximum exposure for any given month.
This can be configured based on your policy. Common approaches include rolling unused allocations forward, resetting monthly, or reclaiming unspent amounts at the program level for reallocation.
Standard implementation, onboarding, and admin training are included in your subscription. If you require complex or highly bespoke work, we’ll scope that with you upfront.
Standard, pre-built integrations are included where available. If you need a custom or heavily tailored integration, we’ll define the effort and price it as a separate, one-time project.
Pricing scales with active users and the rewards budget you choose. As you add employees, we adjust the subscription and, if needed, revisit your budget so costs remain predictable and intentional.
